Description:
SOTN "Quality hack" by paul_met
SOTN had some thick black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. This patch removes them allowing you to see a bit more of the screen, among other changes.
The black bars were not a huge issue on the old CRT 4:3 TV's common at the time of release but with the invention on widescreens it became a nuisance, more so on handheld devices like the PSP, VITA or emulators.
