This is a collection of themes i found online, credits goes to their respective authors not me, I’m merely re uploading them.
6.60 Best CTF Themes Pack 01 :
Prequisites: To use this themes you need 6.60 PRO CFW
1. Download all the themes pack (links below).
2. Extract the themes and copy them inside your PSP Theme folder, example: X:\PSP\THEME\

3. Download CXMB plugin, extract the cxmb folder to the root of your memory stick.
- This is the root of the memory stick
- This is the content of the cxmb folder
4. Go to the seplugins folder located on the root of the memory stick, if you don’t have a seplugins folder, create a new folder and name it seplugins.

Inside the seplugins folder you will see a text file named VSH, if you dont have it right click and create new text file, name it VSH.

Open the VSH file with Notepad, and add this line to it:
ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1

Or if you are using a PSP GO! Then add this instad:
ef0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1
5. Back on the PSP press select and do reset VSH.
6. Go to Settings -> Theme Settings -> Theme
And select the Theme you want.
