Ok, so this is every Tomb Raider (Greatest Hits) released. Redump verified versions. This game has a lot of audio tracks so that means a bunch of .bin files. If you are playing on emulator don’t even bother just open the cue file to play.

If for some reason you need to have a single bin you can do that by mounting the .cue with daemon tools and using imgburn to create a single bin/cue set.
