This game contains many audio tracks you can open the .cue file on your emulator and play normally.
But if you absolutely want to have a single bin file. mount the .cue with daemon Tools and use ImgBurn to “Create Image from Disk”. It will merge them all. Won’t be redump any more but hey, 1 file.
