Ver: 2021-06-02: English patched NTSC-J version release.
So this is an English Patch of the NTSC-J version. Everything is translated except for the weapon names in the pause menu. The FMV are subbed in English. The game runs at 60hz and but saves are PAL. This is the best possible "undub" read the patch link.
