Pop'n Music 4: Append Disc (Standalone Version) (ポップンミュージック４ アペンドディスク) is a Rhythm video game published by Konami released on October 12th, 2000 for the SEGA Dreamcast.
Sequel to Pop'n Music 2, originally it requires to insert the Pop'n Music 2 and swap the disc to play it,
this limitation was removed by Derek Pascarella (ateam) on this hack called "Standalone Version".
