Description:

Kamen Rider is a Beat 'em up video game published by Bandai Namco Games released on November 12th, 1993 for the SNES.

Kamen Rider is a 2D sidescrolling beat-em up that was released on the Super Famicom in 1993. Player 1 plays as Takeshi Hongo (Kamen Rider 1) and Player 2 plays as Hayato Ichimonji (Kamen Rider 2). They start as their human forms but can change to Kamen Rider at any time, and only Kamen Rider can deliver the finishing blow to a boss monster.

Pretty fun beat ’em up if you are an old school Kamen Rider fan, you start as a human and should look to stay “untransformed” as long as possible and then transform when you are about to die (and before finishing bosses) because after you “henshin” you get a full health bar so human form acts as an extra life. In between levels you get some mini games to train and unlock extra moves, but they are mostly pointless.

I spend my days following the ROM hacking scene, searching for cool hacks and translations of old games that were left in Japan. All translation and hacking credits go to their respective authors. Neither I nor anyone at CDR translates games.
