This is “Cybernator” without the localization mess.
Basically the localized version of this game was censored.
Name was changed from the original Assault Suits Valken –>
Cybernator.
Character portraits were taken out and some character
interaction dialogue was taken out.
Worst of all the secret ending was literally removed.

This English patch fixes all of that as it uses the original game as the base.
