Armored Core: Last Raven Portable is a action adventure 3rd person shooter. You are a pilot that take control of a armored core which is mobile mecha designed for combat. You get to customize it from over a 100+ parts to defeat enemies and complete missions. It even features a rank system where you can go and climb a ladder to be the best amour core pilot. Though this may sound desirably the thing that keeps this from becoming the best port ever is the controls. Most of the time instead of fighting your opponent you will be fighting your PSP, because the camera is unresponsive and the controls is very sluggish. This make hard to enjoy the battles when the AI is going to be moving circles around your armored core, There is a way to work around the buttons in the options but even then it is terrible. So to be honest you should play on a emulator with a game pad because in the end you will have the best armored core an still get zoned because the AI is just to good and not locked down due to mechanical errors.
