It plays like KOF 2000, with a couple of new characters, backgrounds and art. The graphics are good for a GBA it lacks some animation on specials, the background music is decent and voices are good though sometimes they just don’t say their lines. But that is just me being nick-picky this still is a HUGE improvement over the first game. Very enjoyable.
